Unable to open world after loading it

Please watch the video of this glitch. It has been happening repeatedly over the last few days but until today has let me on after a few restarts. Now I can’t even get onto any worlds. This is one of those legendary yet very common gamebreaking bugs.

What happens:
When I try to acsess any world I tap it, it brings me to the loading screen for a brief moment, then boots me back at the world select screen. After this has happened tapping on the world again dosen’t do anything and no worlds are accessible until restart where the bug just happenes again.

How to recreate:
Open Minecraft, tap on a world to open it, get booted to world select screen, try opening the world again without success.

My settings and device:
I am on iPad Pro 12.9” Gen 1
38.3/128GB used
Minecraft takes up 1.48GB
iPad is only 3.5 months old
I do have texturepacks downloaded but it dosen’t seem to effect whether a world loads or not, as it happenes to both.
If anymore information is needed I will provide.

I did try searching for this issue but nothing showed up quite like whats happening to me using the keywords I used. I’m sure like all my posts here that on some crazy corner of this site this is a dupe and my report will get “fixed” because of that. Thanks for reading this!

Are you able to upload a copy of the world save that is causing an issue?

I’m not sure what you mean @Mega_Spud. If your talking about creating a copy and trying to open that then yes, I can create copies and this bug still dosen’t let me on. It dose this 100% of the time no matter where I play with any different number of settings. I highly doubt it’s the world because it’s happening to all worlds, even the ones I haven’t payed in years and the ones that I try to create brand new. I don’t think it’s a world curruption issue. This is a gamebreaking issue though and is not resolved so I would greatly request that resolved be removed since I can’t play the game anymore and there is no fix yet.

This may have been fixed in the most recent 1.2.15 update. It hasnt happened since. I will report back if it happenes again but for now ide say this issue has been resolved.

This still hasnt happened since. I can say confidently it’s resolved.
