[MCPE-30504] Dropped rotating Items seem lag-ish

Dropped rotating Items seem laggish on Minecraft.

What is Expected
Dropped items are dropped and spin smoothly and normally.

What happens
Dropped items drop with lag and still lag for upto 1-4 seconds, then go back to spinning smoothly.

Would be nice if fixed.
