Although there is no sign that you're using an add-on in these pictures, some add-ons don't replace block textures so we can't be sure. Are you using any resource packs, either in the world settings or in the game's global resources? If so, does the problem occur with no resource packs in use?
Also, does this glitch occur all the time, or randomly? Does it go away when you move >64 blocks away and come back? When you reload the world?

No add-ons, no resources packs. It happens randomly when I move around the world (Most of the time in my Redstone testing worls)

Thank you for responding. On looking at your screenshots again, I realize that you probably had Redstone components that didn't render on some of those blocks. In addition to that, clearly there are chunks that aren't rendering. Since you aren't using any add-ons, the only explanation I can think of is that your app files are corrupted. I would recommend you to backup up any worlds you want to keep, then re-download Minecraft.
