Mobs don't see slabs

Mob AI sees slabs as blocks they can climb, without noting the block below. Causing them to attempt to climb a 1 block high wall with a slab over it. Suggestion for Ticket Name change: "Mob AI unable to register bottom slab walls." Hope this helps get this fixed.
