Leashed mob drops two leads

I made a lead with a slime ball that has only one in survival world.
I used that lead for two horses.
Today one horse was riding a baby zombie, I knocked down not only the zombies but also the horse.
But he dropped two leads.

I confirmed other mobs in creative world. Every leashed mobs drops two leads.
