In a converted world I went from Overworld to Nether and then tried to leave the Nether via a different portal. The game crashed to the and console turned off!!!

Tested this morning on a new world (in creative) and had no issues going back and forth between the nether and overworld.
Could this be due to the ratio between nether and overworld being different between the two versions?
