Baby glow squid is not emissive

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set graphics mode to Simple or Fancy

2. Set time to midnight

3. Summon a glow squid and a baby glow squid

Observed Results:
The adult glow squid glows in the dark, while the baby does not.

Expected Results:
The baby glow squid glows in the dark, just like the adult.

Notes: The baby texture is missing alpha channel data. It should use a .tga file mapped to match its shape.
