[MCPE-235446] cant log into world: says "connecting to multiplayer game" for 10 WHOLE MINUTES then SAYS ERROR TIMED OUT

it says "connecting to multiplayer game" for 10 WHOLE MINUTES then SAYS ERROR TIMED OUT when im trying to load into my friends world but my internet is really good and they have “friends can join on”

Can you provide logs and crash dumps? You can find them at %appdata%\.minecraft
What device was the Host on?
Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?
Are there any error messages or logs that appear when the issue occurs? If so, could you provide those?

I have had a very similar issue with my hardcore world and when my friend tries to join as soon as he is locating the server the whole game freezes and nothing works and then i have to restart the game
