I have observed that the creatures, villagers, and other objects appear to walk through fences and walls when chunks are being loaded as they seem to overlook the collision boxes until the chunks around them have been loaded, and they suddenly behave as they should.
This occurs consistently under Android 14, although this has been noticed on other operating systems as well. They both operate in local worlds and Realms.
How to reproduce:
Place animals or villagers inside a pen that has fences or walls.
Walk away from the pen, then return so that the chunk data is reloaded, or join a Realm with a pen already present.
Notice the entities roaming in and out of the fences or walls as the chunks are still being loaded.
After the chunks are fully loaded, the entities return to normal.
Expected: There should never be entities passing through fences or walls. Collision boxes would stop them each time. Actual: Entities temporarily disregard the collision boxes and move through barriers while chunks are being loaded
