Baby cats, ocelots and wolves spawned by using spawn eggs on untamed mobs come in a broken state

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find or spawn a cat, ocelot or wolf

2. Use the corresponding spawn egg on it to spawn a baby

Observed Results:
Baby cats and wolves spawned through untamed adults come in a broken tamed state that can not be made to sit and does not teleport to the player. Their collars are white by default, but can be dyed. Baby ocelots come in a normal trusting state.

Expected Results:
Babies spawned through untamed adults are also untamed, behaving as they normally would through other spawning methods.
