Leashed mobs do not walk up blocks when dragged and instead the lead breaks

Some leashed mobs do not walk up blocks when being pulled - they get dragged off the ground and sometimes slingshot towards you if they manage to get pulled over the block by being dragged up and against the block - and if you keep walking the lead breaks.

This makes pulling animals or running a llama caravan (which is a feature I looked forward to using) practically impossible unless you’re on flat terrain or going downhill, because the leash almost always breaks if you keep walking normally.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Leash a llama, horse, or donkey (So far these are the ones I know are being affected)

• Walk higher than where the mob is

• Keep strolling normally

Expected result

• The mob’s AI makes it walk up the block normally and follows you

Actual result

• The mob does not walk up the block, then, towards you - and instead hits the block or levitates slightly off the ground due to hitting the block in front of it and being unable to go further (unless there is sufficient upwards momentum to manually pull it upwards e.g. you build up with some blocks from where you’re standing), and continuing to walk further breaks the lead as the mob is too far away.

Affected mobs so far that I’ve found:

• Llamas, Horses, Donkeys, likely more

With the exception of Camels, they are able to walk up blocks just fine when leashed and pulled!
