Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

I was able to reproduce the described behavior in Windows 11.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Settings > Video.
Scroll down to locate the Damage Tilt slider.
Observed Results:
The Damage Tilt slider is located in the Video settings menu.
Expected Results:
The Damage Tilt slider should be located in Accessibility settings, consistent with Java Edition.
