Some toggles are no longer available from Settings screen

Some toggles are no longer available from Settings screen.

Missing toggles:

• Text To Speech with Device Settings (Accessibility) Fixed in 1.21.120.22

• Filter Profanity (General)

• Improved Input Response (Video) Fixed in 1.21.120.22

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings, then go to Accessibility tabs, General tabs, or Video tabs

2. Try looking the toggles mentioned above

Expected results:
Toggles mentioned above are available and can be activated/deactivated.

Observed results:
Toggles mentioned above no longer available.
