[MCPE-187295] Creaking can take knockback from wind charge

Same issue in MC-277082, The Creaking can be take knockback from wind charge when a player shots at long distance

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a Creaking Heart between two Pale Oak logs during nighttime to allow a Creaking to spawn.
Shoot the Creaking with a Wind Charge.

Observed Results:
Creakings can be able take knockback from Wind Charges.

Expected Results:
Creakings would not able take knockback from Wind Charges.

Keep in mind that the creaking only stops taking knockback when it's frozen in place. Right now, they seem to ignore creative mode players but wind charges are properly ineffective against them when playing in survival.
