Empty bundle shows progress bar when selected

The bundle's "flying item" form always shows a progress bar, even when it's empty. It also deceptively shows a small blue segment.

I Also affects Android with Keyboard & Mouse connected

As of 1.21.40.20, the progress bar is now shown in the hotbar. This brings it into parity with Java where the same behavior is present.
