[MCPE-17828] Hopper Minecart picks items from chests it does not go under

I was trying an item sorting system based on mine cart with hopper. See the screenshot: the mine cart picks up items from the chests, which is unexpected since it doesn't go through a block under it.

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.

In the setup you pictured, the hopper cart is likely pulling items back out from the hopper as it passes underneath them again.

I tried again, it doesn't reproduce, so I guess it is fixed. I've verified before that the items were making into the chests, and were getting sucked from there, so it wasn't a timing issue.

Anyway, I guess it doesn't matter now. Thanks.
