Sponges can absorb water from waterlogged barriers

Summary:
Sponges can absorb water from waterlogged barriers. Sponges cannot do this in Java Edition, which is intentional according to MC-264550.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a barrier block and waterlog it

2. Place a sponge block beside it

Observed Results:
The sponge absorbs the water.

Expected Results:
The sponge should not absorb the water.
