The bug

Sponge can't absorb water from waterlogged barriers. This is inconsistent with the behavior of other waterloggable blocks.

To reproduce

• Place a barrier block and waterlog it.

• Place a sponge block beside it.

Observed result

The sponge does not absorb the water.

Expected result

The sponge should absorb the water.
