Mobile stack splitting bar is slightly offset

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On mobile, get more than one item in the same stack;

2. Tap and hold its inventory slot;

3. Observe.

Observed Results:
The green bar is displayed about half a texel below where it should be, misaligned with the outline and background.

Expected Results:
The green bar is placed perfectly on top of the black background, aligned with the outline.
