Passenger horse blocks view on a boat

Horses (and mules, probably donkeys as well), while in the passenger seat of the boat, do not seem to be turning around with the boat. This causes at certain directions the player's view to be completely blocked by the horses tail or behind.

Repro Steps:
1- Tame a horse & saddle it (I also have a iron horse armor on my horse, and a chest attached to my mule, in case it makes a difference)
2- Acquire a boat
3- Acquire a leash
4- Place the boat in water
5- Leash the horse, and drag it to the boat.
6- Unleash the horse
7- Get on to the boat
8- Row a bit, the turn the boat around slowly a full 360 degrees.
Expected: View is never obstructed.
Actual: The view is obstructed at certain angles when turning around. This doesn't change if boat is rowed in that direction.

I couldn't reproduce this - the horse would always turn when I rowed forward after turning the boat.

Interesting, I thought it always happened, but apparently not. I'll need to go figure out what I'm doing differently. I am typically in the process of exploring new areas with the boat, which means I row the boat through significant distances (a minimum of 3/4 distance through a 1:8 scale map, I believe that makes about 700 blocks?), it also usually means that I get on and off the boat without unloading the horse every time. I'll play around with these combinations to see if I can get a consistent repro.

I've tried various ways, it always happens for me, no exceptions. It does not require rowing for long distances or frequently getting on and of the boat.

Please notice that while the player is off the boat, the horse is aligned with the boat correctly. The problem only happens when the player is actually in the boat.

This doesn't seem to repro anymore in 16.0. Testing this lead to another: MCPE-17582
