[MCPE-16436] Typing Lag

When my framerate drops below 30 severe lag occurs when typing. Sure, it's not like the game is performing well, but it's nowhere near that bad.

Confirmed on realms / 0.15.4 / iOS. Typing becomes so laggy sometimes, even when the game itself is running smoothly.
