Failure to correctly generate water around ruin portal correctly.

Is this a reoccurring issue or a issue with the specific seed. Also, the water arround can be fixed if the water is updated example place a block.

Ruined Portals under Ocean and Swamp biomes are no longer waterlogged and will spawn dry
