[MCPE-13712] Last Notch on GUI Scale Slider Does Nothing

When changing GUI scale from 2 to 3, nothing happens.

(iPad mini 3, but there was only an option for iPad mini)

This no longer is a valid issue, as only two GUI sizes now exist.
