I found that the hopper was not depositing items into my dispenser. I tried to test and see if it was the dispenser by chchanging configurations, and powering dispenser by itself. Dispenser did not work with hopper in any config, but functioned on it's own. Isolating the hopper, I tried using it with multiple containers (chests, dispensers, ect) in many configurations, and found the hopper was only storing and not depositing anything it collected.
Minecraft hoppers seem to be functioning correctly. Please let me know how to fix this, as it is a key component in some of my redstone contraptions. Thank you!
