[MCPE-10508] D-Pad smashed to bottom of screen

In >0.11.1, my D-Pad nicely floated about 1/4 an inch above the bottom of my screen.

Now, as of 0.12.1, it has been crushed to the bottom of the screen, which is awkward to use.
