Allay's amethyst shard breeding does not grant "The Parrots and the Bats" and "Two by Two" advancements

As the title says, allay’s breeding via amethyst shards is not required for "Two by Two" and does not grant "The Parrots and the Bats" advancement, that involves breeding animals. Not sure if this is working as intended so making a bug report about it to confirm.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Duplicate an allay.

Expected result

• Grant the "The Parrots and the Bats" advancement, consequently the "Two by Two"

Actual result

• Nothing happens.
