i’ve bought an xbox playpass but when i open minecraft i have only a demo version. i’m logged in with the same xbox and microsoft store account.

that doesn’t seem like a directly minecraft related problem, although buying an Xbox-playpass in my opinion is just a waste of money…
I’d recommend you to
1. check if Minecraft is included in the play pass
2. if yes, log in and out,
3. if still not working, check if you’re in the correct account,
4. write Microsoft Support
