Ghastlings follow most land friendly mobs, they however, don’t follow mooshrooms, frogs, allays, none of the 3 golems, wandering traders and trader llamas.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Summon a ghastling and one of the above mentioned mobs.
Expected result:
The ghastling should ocassionally follow them.
Actual result
It does not follow them.

Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
