No End Portal in the End

After killing the dragon, I went to get the eltyra, then used the portal to return to the main island. There, I saw the ender crystals activated and the portal missing.

I will resolve this as Invalid since your game is modified. However, if you are able to reproduce this in vanilla please submit a new bug report and provide reproduction steps, including the world seed.
