The sound of a wither's demise isn't global, unlike its spawning counterpart and the ender dragon's death sound

When the gamerule globalSoundEvents is set to true, all players can hear the death sounds of ender dragons and the spawning sounds of withers, regardless of distance. However, this rule doesn't extend to the wither's death sound, causing an inconsistency. Consequently, on multiplayer servers, all players become aware when the wither spawns, but they won't hear its death sound. Relates to MC-177741.

steps to replicate

  1. Make sure that the gamerule called globalSoundEvents is set to true

  2. attribute @s minecraft:player.block_interaction_range base set 64
    attribute @s minecraft:player.block_interaction_range base set 64
  3. Construct a wither from a distance

  4. Fly even farther away from the wither if you desire

  5. /kill @e[type=minecraft:wither]
    /kill @e[type=minecraft:wither]

Noticed: The death sound wasn't audible.

Hoped for: You'd hear the death sound, considering it's meant to be a global sound event.
