Inconsistent naming of capes, Cherry Blossom Cape includes redundant 'Cape' term

The Bug:

All capes have only their respective names, such as "Migrator", "Vanilla", "MapMaker", "Translator", or "Moderator", while the "Cherry Blossom Cape" has "Cape" in its name, introducing a redundant inconsistency in naming convention. In the launcher, the full name of the cape cannot be displayed because the name is unnecessarily long.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Launcher.

2. Navigate to the Skins tab on the Minecraft: Java Edition page.

3. Click on "New skin".

4. Observe the names of the available capes.

→ ❌ Note that capes such as "Migrator" or "Moderator" have short names without the word "Cape" in them, while the "Cherry Blossom Cape" has the word "Cape" in its name and therefore cannot be fully displayed.

Observed Behavior:

The "Cherry Blossom Cape" is named differently from other capes, with "Cape" appended to its name, making it inconsistent with the naming convention of other capes. This inconsistency is needlessly long and affects the display in the launcher, where full cape names may not fit well.

Expected Behavior:

All capes should follow a consistent naming convention, without the inclusion of "Cape" in their names. This would ensure uniformity and prevent the unnecessary elongation of cape names in the launcher.
