Using /help in command blocks no longer has Easter egg output

The bug

MC-69038 was "fixed" by having /help in command blocks show Easter egg texts as output. This is no longer the case, instead it shows only the syntax of a single command again, currently:

[21:08:06] xp -> experience
[21:08:06] xp -> experience
