https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/articles shows that an article ‘It’s time to party' was published 10 days ago (at the time of writing this). This article was published in 2018 however.

This also affects other articles meaning as you go through the pages you can find articles from 2024 mixed in with articles from 2017. This is not limited to the single article I have linked

This has happened before, but it stopped, but then it came back.

Only the first five articles except for the second one are in order.

This is still an issue as of 21/12/2025 (in UK format date).

At the time I wrote this comment, many other articles in the articles list on minecraft.net have date errors in the list of articles. You may need to go through the pages of articles to see the bug results.

  • Minecraft Snapshot 20w22a was claimed to have released 3 months ago but was actually released 5/29/20 (in US format date).

  • And many more older articles in the article list (such as Realms Plus: June 2023, Minecraft Changelog 1.16.220.52, Minecraft Snapshot 20w06a as an example.) also claim that they were released 3 months ago due to a bug, when they were clearly released longer ago than this.
