Steps to reproduce the issue
Open https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portals in your preferred browser
Then, open a project and a bug report you like
Then, make a comment and add a link add url and opposite text, and press enter
Observed result:
I observed that regarding to adding liks inside of a word, you can do everywhere like, when making a report, when editing a report you own, or commenting.
Expected result
If press “Add a url” everywhere, ask put url and opposite text, when done pressing send will work and will make a word as link.
Actual result
If press “Add a link” everywhere, ask to put url and opposite text, when done pressing send, will not work and will not make a word as contain link.

I cannot reproduce this.
Clicking the ‘link’ icon on the comment box, adding a link and putting the display text as ‘test’ correctly puts it into the comment box:
In your video you show doing this, but the dialog box remains open. Please close this and see if the link has been inserted under this box.
I have now tested this on mobile and I am unable to reproduce. When I hit enter on the keyboard, the link goes into the comment with the custom display text I have set.
Please try another mobile device and browser. Please also try a PC if you have one available to you.
You have the comment box selected, not the link dialog.
Please try pressing enter on the ‘insert a link’ part, and the ‘custom text’ part of the dialog.
