Steps to reproduce the issue
Open the website: https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portals in google chrome
Then, select a project you like
Then, choose a report of someone where did uploaded the video, and tap the cloud download icon
Expected result
in the reports when pressing download a video will require not too many clicks to start downloading.

Please try pressing the download button once, and then waiting. The downloads from bugs.mojang.com can take some time to pull the file from the server and then begin downloading.
I click download a video one time works, then i press cancel, and click again to download will not work.
I can’t replicate this myself but I am on an iphone. I will set this to plausible and see if anyone can get a repro
Additional info: happens aswell with image attachments, for need to reproduce this issue, you will need tap to download an attachments and after clicked cancel in the popup, will there will be this issue.
