Old URL of the EULA no longer works

The URL https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula previously linked to the Minecraft End User License Agreement. It appears that it has since been moved to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula without providing a correct redirect (it just links to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us).

This is important because the Minecraft: Java Edition obfuscation mappings still use this URL, and other places possibly also use the old link.
