I'm really sorry this isn't going very smoothly for you in the slightest. Like I said in your previous report about this, these steps are the best advice we can provide on the bug tracker. Unfortunately we can't do anything more, and the best thing I can recommend for you is to follow that comment, and then wait. Mojang Support constantly has an incredibly large backlog, personally taking five months to respond about a year ago.
