This education.minecraft.net is not secure on Google Chrome

I saw some pdf education.minecraft.net with Chrome but displayed dangerous sites, and this is very important to tighten its security. How to reproduce it is very easy, just need to click on pdf on education.minecraft.net only. Not just one, it seems like this also happens to almost all pdf documents that are exposed to dangerous sites.
