When I tried to go to Minecraft Realms, it said that I have to restart Minecraft, so I did, and it still said that I have to restart it. I then clicked Multiplayer, and there were only 2 servers on it.

Is this still an issue for you? If so, please try the following:
1) Log out of the Minecraft Launcher
2) Close the Minecraft Launcher
3) Open the Minecraft Launcher
4) Log back into the Minecraft Launcher
