Realms doesn't work, want refund at this point

First time I am able to get on after a couple weeks away due to busy schedule, and surprise realms is down again. I say again because the last time I logged on to play realms went down then too. Actually want to ask this time for a refund on a month of realms, serious ridiculous this is occurred multiple times.
