Expired realm but payment succeeded

I bought a realm for 3,99€ on Nintendo Online with automatic continuation, so Nintendo books 3,99€ off my banking account each month. Unfortunately, Minecraft on my switch and my friend’s laptop, both logged in with the correct Microsoft accounts, cannot access the server as it’s stated as expired.

Trying to click on “buy” for that exact server leads me into the Nintendo e-shop where a loading screen occurs stating the the buying process is running - the loading screen freezes and nothing gets finalized.

Now I am here with an active membership for a realm on Nintendo e-shop and without the possibility of playing on my realm.
