I purchased a realm subscription on my child’s ninteno account and its not recognized by microsoft realms. its stuck on a screen saying “purchase in progress” since Dec 26. all other troubleshooting methods were done and still not working. close the game, hard restart, cancel recurring payment., sign in/out.
I reached out to Nintendo and the subscription is active and was referred to reach out to Minecraft.
I opened submitted a ticket #7701728 but there is no progress. Please escalate

Same issue. I get really frustrated when this happens because we pay money for these things and when we don’t get what we paid for, that causes major problems.
I'm having the same issue, I used money from a Nintendo gift card if that's relevant in any way.
