[REALMS-13808] Skins not working in realm

My skins load up in my other worlds but won't show up on the realm for anybody it just shows Steve doesn't affect anything else but would appreciate it being looked at!! The photos with Steve is while I'm on the realm

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-74493, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.

That report has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked report.
