I’m on a realm with 8 people and the lag is so extreme we can barely manage playing. The first hour is manageable but after it is so bad we can’t even eat food in the game. I’ve changed the region to the most stablest one, made sure there’s not extreme buildings or too many signs, every Google recommendation on how to fix it and nothing has worked. I tried taking off Add-Ons to see if this would fix it, but it’s all still the exact same. I’ve played on a few different realms with friends in the past and I have never ran into this problem before until now. Is there a way to fix this issue since I’m paying monthly for my friends and I? Thank you.

I only have 3 Add Ons in the world.

I got rid of cave dweller and tree capitator to see if it would fix it, nothing changed. When one person is in the realm, it does okay. But after people start joining it gets very bad.
Are there any players in the Nether when this lag occurs? If there are, you are likely experiencing MCPE-224638 .
I only wish the lag in my (Bedrock) realm was like yours. My friend has waited up to a minute to catch up (he sees me starting to move long after I’ve stopped moving), move or even open a chest. Some times turning 90 degrees will result in relieving the lag!
