realm's story upload image disappeared

When I entered Realm, I performed the act of adding a story with additional screenshot uploads, but after I logged out of realm and then re-entered, the image of the story I posted disappeared (as shown in the video) but my mobile XBOX app could see the image I posted (i.e., the captured content) but the image in the story was no longer visible
