Iron Golems aren't spawning above water biomes.

Making an iron farm won't work above water but will work on land. I have seen multiple comments say they have the same problem and instead of iron golems spawning they just get cats and fish.

I have tested it myself and can confirm it will work perfectly on land but not above water.

Comments where also saying these farms were previously working prior to the nether update.
