I had the minecon capes and I wonder if it's possible to add them into the Bedrock skin editor, so I can enjoy my capes with other skins, not only with Alex or Steve; and also (only if it is possible) have the capes on my Java account too.

It is the "Minecon 2016 skin pack" (Obtained in 2016 in legacy/console edition in ps4, then got it into my account when bedrock was released)
