The features items button exits the gui

Summary:

The features item button always points downwards. But it also occurs in full safe areas.

Step to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Android, 

2. Click skin button, 

3. Have a look at the features items section. 

Expected results:

The 5th featured item button should remain in the gui. 

Observed results:

The 5th featured item button exits the gui.
