[MCPE-9521] Can convert worlds to infinite on devices that refuse to generate infinite worlds

Mod explanation: devices that do not permit generating infinite worlds can still edit those worlds and convert them to infinite when we expected that this feature would also not be permitted.

You Can't set world infinite in advanced options at create but of creaties and you go to options you van concert to infinite (see images)
