[MCPE-9260] My Phone Won't Try to Update to 0.11.1a

<Sidenote> Version is the version I'm on
My Android Phone will not update to the latest version of Minecraft Pocket Edition. It is currently stuck on 0.10.5. Is there a version requirement? On my iPad 2, it is at the latest version.
My phone is an LG Optimus L90
Android 4.4.2
